When we saw Nia Kiesow in Union Square, her glowing skin stopped us dead in our tracks. Her sun-kissed complexion was not only radiant, but it also looked extremely healthy, prompting us to ask questions about her beauty routine.

"Coconut oil[1] is my favorite. I use it for everything. Tanning, moisturizing and whatever you have left on your hands, you can rub into the ends of your hair," the media coordinator told us.

Kiesow's go-to body oil also works as a natural bug repellent. "Coconut oil and a little bit of tea tree oil[2] will keep mosquitoes away[3] because they can't penetrate the oil to bite you." We've got to try this.
