Dr. Oz , Daytime Emmy Award winning host of "The Dr. Oz Show[1] " can rap! Dr. Oz learned how to do the Dougie earlier this year, and this inspired him to make a rap video for kids, which is part of his "Now Let's Move" campaign. According to Dr. Oz, the best way to get kids moving is to get them dancing! Moving your body to the music also helps the brain flex it's muscles. Celebrities like Jordin Sparks participated in the video, and had a great time dancing with all of the kids on set. Even the first lady, Michelle Obama, joined Dr. Oz's campaign to help get kids dancing! If you can't get to a gym at the end of the day, dancing and rapping to a music video will burn calories and get your body moving -- so get on board!
