Plum Organics has announced a voluntary recall of some food products from its Baby Stage 2, Tots Mish Mash and Kids lines after discovering that a "manufacturing defect" may have led to swelling and spoilage.
The company released a statement[1] that says recalled products have "'Best By' dates ranging from 08/05/14 (August, 5 2014) to 12/08/14 (December 8, 2014) and the letters 'AT.'" Yahoo reported[2] that nausea or diarrhea may occur if affected products have been consumed.

Fisher-Price Newborn Rock 'n Play Sleeper

Mold can develop between the removable seat cushion and the hard plastic frame of the sleeper when it remains wet/moist or is infrequently cleaned, posing a risk of exposure to mold to infants sleeping in the product. The CPSC advises that mold has been associated with respiratory illnesses and other infections. Although mold is not present at the time of purchase, mold growth can occur after use of the product.
Dunecraft Water Balz, Skulls, Orbs and Flower Toys
