We've seen what Barbie would look like[1] if she were modeled after the average 19-year-old woman. (Spoiler alert: a Barbie doll's body proportions are completely unrealistic.) But what would she look like with no makeup on?
This image posted on Reddit[2] gives us a pretty good idea.
While Barbie's face is still freakishly proportioned[3] , she does look a bit more human without her trademark bright blue eyeshadow, pink lipstick, pencilied-in eyebrows and thickened lashes.
This isn't the first time someone has drawn up a more "natural" Barbie[4] -- in April this year, a design from Eddi Aguirre showed us what the doll would look like with unkempt hair, untouched skin and braces.
