A new study shows that vitamin B supplements reduced brain shrinkage by up to 90 percent in certain areas vulnerable to Alzheimer's, suggesting the vitamin may be more protective than previously thought. Others caution that there's no magic bullet against Alzheimer's. We figure there's no harm in trying, so we're gonna go stock up on vitamin B supplements now. [Source]
