Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer, and for us at Healthy Living, that really means one thing: Outdoor fun. Gone are the days of crowded locker rooms, sweaty machines and overzealous weight-bearing grunts. For at least a couple of months, we welcome the great outdoors to host our workouts.


We asked on Facebook what you're most excited for this summer, and it seems we're not alone in our glee for exercise that's done in the sunshine -- the kind of workouts that don't feel like workouts at all.     Not that Kanye is ever anything <em>but</em> outrageous, this gem not only spoofs a whole bunch of the gym personalities we've actually seen, it also pokes fun at all those trendy fitness DVDs and gadgets (hello, <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/17/skecher-shape-ups_n_1524714.html" target="_hplink">Skecher Shape Ups</a>) that don't deliver on their outlandish, lose-weight-fast promises.
