Burleson police issued a Silver Alert late Monday night for a senior diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease who may have lost her way.


Family members told police that 66-year-old Carole Kunclrs left her home in north Burleson around 4 p.m. Monday headed to Fort Worth.


She contacted her family five hours later and described a road sign that said "Canton." Police believe Kunclrs may have been driving on Interstate 20.


A police bulletin said she was driving a blue 2009 Ford Fusion sedan with Texas plates BPT-1994.


Carole Kunclrs is described as 5'-2" tall, 220 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
