Former UT Football Coach Phillip Fulmer and his family led the 23rd annual "Knox Walk" through downtown Knoxville on Saturday.

Alzheimer's Tennessee said it hopes to raise a record $260,000 through the walk this year. Last year, 1,500 people raised more than $240,000 to help fund Alzheimer's research.

Alzheimer's Tennessee is a local, independent group that's been in operation since 1983. This group not only hopes to find a cure, but help people and families prepare and deal with the disease.
