Turkey and pumpkin pie have surely made their way past the leftover phase by now. But according to experts, it's time for those less popular Thanksgiving sides to head to the trash, too, if they haven't already.


Monday, December 2, is the deadline for your Thanksgiving leftovers[1] , health officials say, and freshening up the fridge regularly is the best way to stay healthy in the long run. According to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, by the end of Monday, another 350 people will be hospitalized in the U.S. because of food poisoning.
