HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Connecticut consumers will still be able to use the state's health insurance marketplace website while a federal data hub is unavailable.

Access Health CT, the state's marketplace or health exchange, said consumers should not be affected by scheduled maintenance to the hub between 9 p.m. on Saturday and 5 a.m. on Tuesday.

The hub includes Internal Revenue Service data that is used to determine whether applicants qualify for financial assistance to help pay for private insurance or for Medicaid coverage.

Access Health says consumers, however, can still create accounts, shop anonymously for health insurance plans, compare prices and enroll.

Meanwhile, Access Health has scheduled its latest enrollment fair on Saturday at the West Haven Main Library on Elm Street. The event will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
