By The Numbers: 269 pounds at my starting point, and currently 188, total weight loss 81 pounds
The Weight Gain: I struggled all my life overweight. I tried many different diets: no carbs, soups, over counter pills, injections, magic pills and nutritionists. All worked a little, some fast some slow, but diet after diet I kept losing and gaining it all back.
The Final Straw: At 269 lbs I was fed up with dieting. I was tired all the time, very lazy and sore from head to toe. I was trying to have another baby and nothing worked. I said OK this is it.. I need to lose weight.

The Plan Of Attack: The first thing I did was contract a woman I knew who lost 80 pounds herself. I knew her from elementary school and hadn't seen her in years. She said if I was ready she would be glad to coach me.
I started her program, and four days in I felt amazing. I was already a new person. In two months I was down 33 lbs. Then to my amazement, I got pregnant. During and after my pregnancy I continued my nutrition program. I am now down 80 lbs and have two healthy children.
The Food Element: I started using Herbalife nutrition meal replacements for breakfast. I had regular meals the rest of the day. I also took a multivitamin and cell activators. My body was really lacking proper nutrition at that point.
I, however, didn't give up any foods.
The Exercise Factor:
I have just started to incorporate fitness. Fitness is important but only at a certain level, I focused on nutrition.
The Current Day-To-Day: These days I make sure I have my vitamins and my shakes. And I am most proud of the shaping of my body.
