Asked about the ongoing trial of Philadelphia-area abortion provider Dr. Kermit Gosnell, who is accused of performing illegal late term abortions in a filthy clinic, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said "whatever went on there" is "really disgusting," adding, "When we talk about reproductive health for women, that is not what we're talking about."
