EVANSTON, Ill. (STMW) – Evanston police are asking for the public’s help in finding an 80-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease who was last seen early Saturday.


Carlos Rodriguez, missing from the 100 block of Callan Avenue in Evanston, was last seen by family members about 5:45 a.m. on Saturday, a release from police said. Rodriguez suffers from Alzheimer’s and only speaks Spanish.


He is 5-feet, 9-inches tall, 160 pounds, bald with some black hair, brown eyes, mustache, and a beard. He was last seen wearing blue striped pajama pants, a white T-shirt, and a plaid blue sweater.


Anyone who believes they may have seen Mr. Rodriguez is asked to contact the Evanston Police at (847) 866-5000 or if outside Evanston, please call your local police.
