Rachel Maddow interviews Julie Burkhart who has just reopened a women’s health center in Wichita, Kan., that provides abortion services. It is in the same building where George Tiller, who was shot in 2009 by an anti-abortion extremist, practiced.
“We have vast community support,” Burkhart said. “We just have these loud and noisy extremists that people seem to hear from the most.”
Burkhart said they reopened in the name of justice and on the principle that women deserve access to reproductive health services.
