Comic Seth Rogen was a Backstreet Boy for a night at the Newcastle Brown Ale sponsored Hilarity for Charity event Thursday.

The "This Is the End" star joined the boy band for their 1990s smash "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)," singing and dancing along with the rest of the group to their choreographed moves.

"Seth used to hang out at all of our hotels," Backstreet's A.J. McLean ribbed later in the night. "I think it was my underwear that he stole off my bus at one point."

Plus, the performance was for a good cause. Rogen and his wife Lauren Miller helped raise $400,000 towards Alzheimer's research at the event.

Rogen explained to The Hollywood Reporter that he hoped to bring more attention to the disease.

"In the ’70s, things like cancer were very taboo to talk about," Rogen said. "Now it is on the forefront of things that are getting charitable attention. Bringing Alzheimer's into the limelight is what we're trying to do."

The event drew a slew of famous faces. Veteran actor Samuel L. Jackson shared some heartwarming stories about his mother, who died in November after suffering from the disease.

Comedian Kevin Hart also stopped by, comparing his recent DUI arrest with Reese Witherspoon's brush with the law.

"Stop f--king judging me because I got a DUI," Hart said. "Reese's was much worse than mine. She talked back to the cop. I said 'Yes sir, boss.' I stumbled when I said it.

"Reese was like 'Do you know who the f--k I am?' I would never say that. That's followed by a billy club," he joked.
