West Hartford Health and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility providing short-term health, rehabilitation and long-term care services, is pleased to announce their partnership with the Alzheimer's Association. The Alzheimer's Association will be providing our staff with exceptional educational services. All of our employees from CNAs to Nurses to Office Staff will complete a 12-hour training course.
It will culminate with a Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, May 16 at 2 p.m. in our Recreation Room when staff will receive their Certificate of Completion, this ceremony is open to the public.
