Remember Planned Parenthood lobbyist who argued that babies born alive after a failed abortion should be left to die, if that’s what the mother wants? She was a board member at a local Catholic Charities office until a few months ago.

“She was a founding member and secretary of the Sunset Rotary Club of Tallahassee and serves on the board of Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida-Tallahassee. She is a member of the Florida Association of Professional Lobbyists,” Alisa LaPolt Snow says of herself in her work bio.

Creative Minority Report called the office and confirmed that “Lapolt-Snow did indeed serve on the board until leaving in January.”

Catholic Charities USA does not support abortion, but this may nonetheless be something to keep in mind next White House Press Secretary Jay Carney argues that the contraception mandate doesn’t infringe on the religious liberty of Roman Catholics because “Catholic Charities and the Catholic Health Association have expressed their support for this policy, and we obviously appreciate that.”
