WASHINGTON -- Have you ever wanted to stroll the Obamas' gardens?


The White House gardens and grounds will be open this Saturday and Sunday for the twice-annual White House Garden Tours.


Visitors will have the chance to visit the Rose Garden, the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, South Lawn of the White House and the White House Kitchen Garden, the first vegetable garden at the White House since Eleanor Roosevelt's Victory Garden.

The event is open to the public but a ticket is required for all attendees. The National Park Service will distribute the free tickets at the Ellipse Visitor Pavilion on 15th and E Streets NW on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 8 a.m. The tours are on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
