Hunter Finch and Haley Fountain's love story is something like a fairy tale -- not just because of how they found each other, but because it's a story of incredible triumph.

Shortly after the couple came together, Fountain's father was diagnosed with a brain tumor and given 6 months to live, according to a documentary about their relationship[1] by David Olson Media[2] .

But a happy ending was waiting for them.

"It will be two years in October that he was diagnosed," Fountain said, "and it is going to mean a lot to me for him to walk me down the aisle because that was always my dream."

Grab some tissues and watch segments from the beautiful ceremony in the documentary above.
