When we spotted Bo Oglesbee in Union Square with her cute pixie haircut and clear skin, we had a feeling she was a beauty guru[1] . It turns out, we were right -- this gal has tips and tricks galore.
"I like getting sun, so I use a lot of sunscreen[2] ," the Tory Burch fashion designer told us. "But if I get burnt, I use fresh ground potatoes and put them on my face[3] because they're really good for burns."
When pressed for more details, Oglesbee revealed how simple this beauty trick really is. "I just peel a raw brown potato and grind it up. If it's too watery, I mix in a little flour. Then I put it on my face[4] for 20 minutes and rinse it off. It soothes the sunburn really well," she said. Where's the closest grocery store?
